About NECA
N.E.C.A., the National Electrical Contractors Association, is a trade association established to represent, promote, and advance the interests of the electrical contracting industry.
On both national and local levels, N.E.C.A. represents the electrical contracting community to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, to legislators, to the construction industry in general, and to the public at large. Education of the members is a key component on N.E.C.A.'s philosophy, and seminars and conferences are a mainstay of the association.
Regular membership meetings are held on national, regional and local levels, which serve to keep the members informed, and afford them the opportunity to discuss topics of mutual interest and concern. As a N.E.C.A. member, a contractor has forums to voice his ideas and concerns, regardless of the size of his operation.
